Aarti is the ideal Indian girl and a dutiful daughter. But she has unspoken desires, which are fuelled by the naughty talks of her friends and daily attention from Mayank, a silent admirer in her bus ride to college. When her patriarchal family decides to get her married not paying heed to her protests, Aarti decides to do the unthinkable and act on her desires.

Karuna dreamt of love, passion and care in her marriage, but all she felt was used. She gets a fresh lease in life when she visits her ailing father and meets Dharam, her childhood friend, who had always cared for her.
